We developed an automated customer onboarding system and periodic alert notification and mixer platform for an Agritech startup, helping farmers stay informed about critical agricultural conditions, periodic chemicals spraying, calculations etc.
The Challenge
The client was struggling with a manual customer onboarding process that took days to complete. Additionally, they needed a way to send timely alerts to farmers about weather conditions, mixing combos, etc based their specific crops and location.
Our Solution
We implemented a comprehensive solution using Make (formerly Integromat) for workflow automation and Google Gemini for intelligent data processing and personalized notifications. The system automates the entire customer journey from sign-up to regular engagement through smart alerts.

Our team created custom scenarios in Make to handle the onboarding process, collecting necessary information and setting up user profiles. We integrated Google Gemini to analyze agricultural data and generate personalized recommendations and alerts based on each farmer's specific needs.
